Quantity vs Quality Sleep - Which is More Important? (answer inside)

Published: Thu, 03/22/18

A recent study published in the National Institute of Health shows a direct connection between catabolic sleep and age related muscle loss (study cited at bottom of page here)

The results of the study can be summed up as follows:

The less quality sleep you get, the more muscle you lose.

The study examined 614 patients. Each member’s sleep quality was measured for ten days. Surprisingly, more sleep didn’t change the outcome of the results - meaning, sleeping longer is NOT the answer for reversing catabolic sleep ...

Rather, quality sleep ... or “Anabolic Sleep” as some research papers call it ... is far more important than sleep quantity (how long you sleep).

So how do you improve your sleep QUALITY, keep your muscle, and get the GAINZ!?!

Solution at the link below:

=> Improve sleep quality, keep your muscle, get your GAINZ

PS - The research also shows catabolic sleep makes muscle and strength building more difficult. And in some cases, you can lose your gains overnight. Imagine that. Killing yourself in the gym for little or no results. All because you lay in a muscle-eating coma all night.
