We officially started the 28 Day KB Body Revival Challenge yesterday, Monday, May 7th .. and it is off to an great start.

Kettlebell fans all over the world are training hard, dialing in their nutrition, and are well on their way to 5, 10, or more pounds lost in the next 28 days!

But I am sending today's message because:

1) Applications continue to come in
2) We have a handful of spots left
3) There are about a dozen people who submitted applications, said they were IN - but have not yet officially paid and signed up yet

So here is the deal. The message below contains the program details that got sent out to applicants. It also includes a link that goes directly to the shopping cart page, where you can pay and enroll in the Challenge.

You can still get in on the fun, we'll just bump your start date back a day or two if you still want to participate.

BUT - when I get into the gym tomorrow morning, I am taking down the payment link. It will no longer be active, and you'll have to wait until the next time we do a Challenge if you want to sign up.

28 Day KB Body Revival Challenge

Thanks for applying for my 28 Day KB Body Revival Challenge.

Here is a recap of how it will work:

- this Challenge is going to officially start on Monday the 7th .. but when you sign up, I am going to give you a week of workouts so that you can start training right away if you'd like .. you'll also get instant access to the meal planning guide so that you can get started on planning for that
- I will post a new, very detailed workout plan every week for you to work from, with complete exercise descriptions, links to videos, etc
- you will post every day during the Challenge in my private FB coaching group with your workout that you did to hold you accountable
- I am available at any time in that group for questions, help, video form critique, etc
