Full 8 Week Isometric Strength Program

Isometrics are something we have not talked a lot about in the FVT newsletter.

You may have heard of them in reading about the old time strong men routines, or in passing with other strength enthusiasts, but may or may not have actually used them yourself.

Isometric exercises are where you contract the muscle, but don't actually move.  And time-tested research has proven that isometric exercises improve strength, increase power and build muscular size.

A friend of mine, Todd Kuslikis, recently turned ME on to the power of isometrics.

(Todd, if you are not familiar with him, is a go-to guy for advanced and unorthodox body weight training info.  He is also a good personal friend of mine.  Definitely a guy to follow for cutting - edge body weight training info.)

I was intrigued, so I tried one of Todd's 10 minute isometric workouts.  It fried my upper body in a totally different way. Loved it.  And the fact that you can do a workout like this most anywhere you can imagine, with absolutely ZERO equipment, is SO awesome. I will be adding isometrics to my travel and at home workout arsenal for sure.

If you are looking to gain strength and muscle but want a break from your heavy training, or you just want something different than cranking out endless sets of push ups and squats, this is a really cool and DIFFERENT approach.  Learn more and check it out here:
