28 Day KB Shred Challenge
This is an intensive 28 day program designed to help you lose weight and get stronger.
If you are approved, you will get new workouts each week as part of the program.
(These are 100%, brand-new workouts that I write from scratch. They have never been published anywhere before, ever.)
A big part of the program is also on-going coaching and motivation.
Every time you complete a workout, you check in and let us know. This helps hold you accountable to completing your training - something that is not a part of many online training plans.
Every time you have a question about how to do an exercise properly, we are there to help. You can even submit video of yourself doing a movement and we will give you coaching points to improve.
I also get on a video each week to answer any questions and give specific coaching tips on exercises that we are doing with the workouts, nutrition, mindset, and other related topics.
Finally, you get a complete nutrition plan to follow for the 28 days. If you want to shred fat fast, your diet is KEY, and we give you everything you need here to succeed.
