MY 6 week Challenge + Press-Swing-Squat-Row KB Complex

Right now I am personally participating in a 6 week physical, mental, spiritual, total-body Challenge.

And I have to tell you, I am almost three weeks in, and feel I GREAT.

I have also lost about 5 pounds, have upped the number of push ups I can do in a row, am running faster, and more.

What’s the Challenge all about?

Well, some of the things we are doing include:

– 5x per week, 30 mins per day exercise
– after 3 pm only carbs allowed are sweet potatoes, veggies, and berries
– sleep 6-8 hours per night
– drink at least 64 oz of water per day
– run, walk, or crawl 2 5k’s per week

Nothing crazy or revolutionary, but sound principles that help you get your health and mind and life dailed in.

There are also different various physical, mental, and spiritual challenges we do for different weeks and days along the way.

Here’s the thing. We all have a solid idea, more or less, that we need to do the things listed above to make progress towards our fitness goals (me included).

And if we DID do all the things listed above on a regular basis, that we would make some significant progress, right?

But, for many reasons, we DON’T.

And that’s why having a program – like the one I am doing currently – can be so helpful.

4 – Then I’ll custom design your program, specifically to fit your personal needs and goals … and every training session will be individually designed for you. No one-size-fits-all, cookie cutter program. This is a custom designed blueprint to guarantee that you finally get the body that you want.

5 – Finally, I’ll teach you all the tricks and hacks I’ve learned through coaching tens of thousands of people to getting in the best shape of their lives. These are the scientifically backed and real world proven shortcuts will dramatically accelerate your results.

6 – Once we’ve constructed your personalized blueprint for success, we’ll optimize it each and every month as your body will be changing and progressing and make sure that you’re always following the exact plan you need to be following to move as quickly toward your goals as possible.
