the "Make-Your-Own-Rules" diet

When people get fired up and ready to lose fat fast, I’ll see the same mistake made over and over again:
They make up a diet based on what they "think" it should be like.
Maybe they'll start the day with some raisin bran and half a grapefruit.
Lunch is hard boiled eggs, toast, carrot sticks, and a diet soda.
Dinner is a huge salad (with a bunch of ranch dressing).
Throw in some celery sticks for snacks.
This lasts for all of a couple / few days. Said person's willpower runs out, and they are right back to hitting up the drive-thru after work.
Sound familiar? :)

There are a LOT of problems with the diet I just listed out above, which I don't have time to go into detail on in this message.
But the bottom line is that you've probably never really been shown the PROPER way to diet down and get lean.
